Not a cafe as such, more an omiyage/souvenir buying place with a large selection of biscuit of various sorts.

They do have a biscuit buffet where you can buy coffee and other drinks if you so wish.
I did not wish to do so and had some of their gelato instead. Which was fantastic!

Upstairs is a mini-factory which you can go view. However when I was there, nothing was being made and so there was nothing happening in the factory. A time schedule of when things will happen would be most beneficial.

Nevertheless it's a nice place which is rather quiet on weekdays. They have a lot of tables to dine at while you enjoy your biscuits or gelato.

This is the right shop to buy souvenirs.
And good place to take a break. Try all-you-can-eat cookies for one hour with one glass of drink for only 770 yen! I enjoyed mvch.

Get the 500 yen outlet cookies!

These cookies are great, but I really like the 500 yen cookies that they have bagged up in the back corner. They are not wrapped and maybe a little cracked, but taste great!

They also have regular packed sweets and can make for a great gift. I purchase some for my coworkers all the time.

Also they have a little area where you can watch them make cookies on the second floor. Here you will find the history of Tivoli as well.

Another great thing about this place is that they have an all you can eat sweet bar too! You essentially pay for sweets and coffee (600 yen). There is a 60 minute time limit.

They have parking in the back and if you buy something you get 1 hour free and if your purchases total over 2,000 yen you get 2 hours free.

Enjoy Tivoli and make sure you don't eat too much ; )

The factory tour where you can see the process of making sweets up close was fun! There is also a shop and an experience corner, so it is an irresistible spot for sweets lovers. For a small fee, you can enjoy all-you-can-eat cookies. Although some of the cookies are not the best shaped, they taste great, so it's a great deal!

660 yen Cookie Buffett: all you can eat if their eight most popular cookies for 1 hour plus a drink (tea, coffee, mikan orange juice, honey lemon fizzy tea, etc). So good!

Great place if you love Tivoli sweets. There is a coffee/cookie AYCE for 700 yen! The place is amazingly clean! The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. They also have an experience corner for kids.

there is a cafe and factory outlet, with some amazing biscuits which would make great souvenirs! they do a biscuit buffet where you can eat all biscuits you want for 60ml at a reasonable price too.
