Absolutely loved this place. They had an extensive range of bicycles and the staff were very knowledgeable. The bicycle I wanted (a mamachari) wasn't in stock but they were able to order it for me and also delivered it! I was also able to buy a baby helmet for my baby after they measured his head to make sure it was the right size. I was also able to get other accessories like a lock for my electric battery! Unfortunately, I don't speak much Japanese, but we were able to use Google translate to communicate. I've recommended them to everyone who has asked me about my bicycle!

Hi. I am an Italian guy travelling through Japan by bicycle. I have just visited the shop in need of a spoke wrench. The lady at the cashier was kind but knew nothing about bicycles, and I could not find the required wrench.
If you have a spoke wrench, could you please send me an email and I will come to collect it? I am in Sasebo only tonight (until the morning of 28/10/2023). Many thanks.

Awesome experience at this bike shop. I had to get the brakes repaired and a safety check on my bike. The mechanic was very skilled and had my bike fixed up very quickly despite me not speaking much Japanese. The showroom was very nice and they had a good inventory of bikes and accessories. I will definitely be returning if I need bicycle maintenance in the future.

Had a bad experience here. I brought my bike in to get fixed and they didn’t have the parts for a trek. I broke the rear mount for the derailleur, took two weeks to get the part and cost me around $60 bucks to fix it. They did no diagnostic work beforehand and when they mounted a cheep part two weeks later he said I needed more work. I bent the rear derailleur and was not fixable with a broken cable. 🤦🏽‍♂️ The whole derailleur unit with the mount (broken pice) costs $28 bucks online and is easy to install. They don’t diagnose just fix what is apparent. Not a good bike shop in my opinion. I was looking forward to riding soon.
