立ち寄り湯にお店の方が催事販売されていましたので覗いてみました、何とも品を感じる方でお菓子もさることながら　迷わず和菓子を頂きました、後でお聞きしましたが　先代のお父様が１００年以上の歴史をお持ちの和菓子屋さんをご子息御兄弟が引継ぎされたとのこと　この時代素晴らしい継承背景ではないでしょうか？という歴史の中で素晴らしいお菓子を頂きました　好みはあれど現代のお菓子では味わえない甘味を抑えた幾つでも頂ける味わい　流石です個人的にミシュラン５星　是非お買い求めください都会では購入できない見事な和菓子(創作も素晴らしい）口にするものは素材含め　歴史と人柄なんだな・・と感じて頂ける老舗です。

小矢部の風の森の店内で出張販売していました。
普段は和菓子はお土産か御礼か謝罪でしかほぼ購入しないのですが、綺麗な和菓子が並んでいたため眺めさせてもらいました。
マスターは和菓子ひとつひとつを説明してくれてとても親切な方でした。
干し柿の形にデザインされた和菓子ではあんこに干し柿を刻んだものがはいっているとのことで美味しそうでした。見た目もかわいかったです。

９月中旬に訪ねた時は、お手製レモネードが美味しくてゴクゴクと飲んでしまって撮影忘れ(笑)奥様となかなか濃い話をさせていただき、とても楽しい時間でした。
そして、南砺市商工会主催の「得する街のゼミナール」で講座を初めて持ったと知り、１０月中旬に体験しました。元々は和菓子屋さんだったご夫妻が営むアートギャラリーなので、講座の内容は「練り切り」。食べるアートが、初心者なのにこんなに素敵に出来たのは、ご主人の指導が分かりやすいからです♬こちらも、楽しい時間でした。

今回はイベントでの参加ですが、事前に予約すれば、練り切り体験を臨機応変に受付ていただけるようです。お友達や親子で申し込むと、楽しい時間を過ごせるでしょう。ご主人は、「クリスマスやお正月の練り切りは、きっと楽しいです♪」と、目を細めていらっしゃいました。
