広島旅行の朝食で伺いました。お店の雰囲気、食事、全てが満足いくものでした。
特にトーストに付いてきた自家製ジャムが今まで食べた物のなかでオンリーワンの味でとても美味しかったです。

This is a charming restaurant with great jazz and yummy food. We all enjoyed a great egg wrap and my husband also had the French toast. I had an ice coffee with soy milk. Jay was a great chef and server. It was lovely to have a western style breakfast.

Lovely breakfast place in Hiroshima! Food is delicious, and made on the spot. Try the egg and bacon muffin- the bacon is simply sensational! I had one of the best coffees in Japan 😃 Absolutely recommended!

If you’re looking for a recommendation for a delicious and affordable western-style breakfast in Hiroshima, I can happily and wholeheartedly recommend Hiroshima Breakfast! It’s a little place (four bar seats and four two-tops) that’s owned and run by an Australian fella named Jay. He’s usually on his own (though his wife sometimes comes in to help out), so sometimes some things might take a bit longer than they might’ve elsewhere - but for those who aren’t hangry or otherwise in a hurry it is absolutely worth it. Jay is a lovely person; warm, kind, quick, funny, and friendly. It’s obvious from watching him work that he loves what he’s doing and from the very first taste that he’s damned good at doing it. His ingredients are excellent and carefully sourced, his recipes are clever and original, and his dishes and drinks are delicious. The whole package is a labor of love. My partner and I were only in Hiroshima for two days and we ended up having breakfast at his spot both mornings. I look back on those mornings sitting at the bar, chatting happily with Jay over his genius English muffin breakfast sandwich and perfectly-poured long black as two of my favorite experiences of the whole damned two-week trip. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Can’t wait to go back. ❤️

The husband and wife staff love what they do, and the flavors show it. Quality ingredients, great atmosphere, and quite reasonable prices. The blueberry soda was refreshing, and the Bacon and Egg wrap tasted great. Highly recommend the homemade spicy garlic aoli!

Jay was super nice and the food was incredible. Egg and bacon wrap was insanely good and my wife LOVED the french toast. He's a pro that takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows in his cooking. Worth going for the food and drinks alone but Jay should also consider a second gig as a tour guide, if you're visiting he will give you all the tips and tricks to make your stay in Hiroshima even better. Thank you Jay, we hope to be back soon. Edit: Forgot the most important part! Get your off menu Vegemite toast here (6 stars)

absolutely amazing!! the staff were so incredibly lovely and accommodating, had a great chat with them while we waited for our food. the food itself was so good, i had the caesar wrap and the strawberry soda and it was exactly what i needed. the atmosphere is so nice too, great music and such a cool vibe!! thank you 🙂

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Hiroshima Breakfast. After a few too many highballs the previous evening, this was exactly the kind of nosh we needed to set us up for the day. Great coffee, good chat and tasty food. What more could you ask for? Thanks for having us x
