フォークリフトの運転技能講習終了証の再交付に伺いました。
写真を用意していけば即日で再発行をしていただけます。
最新の物は運転免許証同様のカード型です。
自分のようにしまい忘れて紛失する方もみえると思いますので簡単に再発行の手順を記載します。
①かつての同僚に連絡して修了書に記載の「指定教習機関」を確認
②指定教習機関に電話して自分の登録があるか確認してもらう。
③HPから再発行申請書をダウンロードし、プリントアウトして記入。
④写真と免許証(身分証明書)、記入した用紙とお金を持って訪問。
以上となります。
難点は駐車場が2か所しかないこと。敷地内に1か所、ブロック内北側1分のところに1か所のみ。よって☆1個減。ちなみに刈谷中央図書館の駐車場は徒歩5分です。

以前リフトの免許更新で行きましたが駐車場は1台のみ(離れた土地にもう一台あり)で、常に埋まっています。
車での来訪は不可能に近いです。
