他の市役所は皆さん丁寧で優しい方ばかりでしたがここは高圧的で怖いです。次からは対応して欲しくないです。

他の方のコメントを見させて頂き当たりハズレがあるようで私がたまたまハズレだっただけなのか3つの課にお世話になりましたが、低評価の方に激しく共感を覚えました。
3つの内唯一国保の課の方は気さく、お手本のような親切丁寧な言葉通りの方でしたが、市民課と納税課(？)に至ってはお手本のような堅物、市役所に勤める為に勉強しかしてこなかったのか人間味がないと言いますか淡々と終始高圧的な方々でした。

納税課(？)に至っては「こちらとしてはそれしか言えません」の一点張りで出来ないと言われた事が後々自力で解決させられ実際にはできましたし。
ホント、機械的に与えられた業務しかしないって感じで、あくまで上記のような人間は大半が市役所の人間だけで湖西市に住んでおられる方々の大半はこのような方々ではないと切に願います。

追記
浜松市役所の方には接点はないですが不動産、賃貸物件探し等、職業柄を踏まえても浜松市の方々は親切丁寧な方々ばかりでしたので住みやすいだろうなと実感しました。
１日２日で決めつけるのはナンセンスだと思いますし暫く住んでみて湖西市＝市役所のような感じなら浜松市に移り変わろうと思います。笑

以前、印鑑証明を発行してもらいに行きました。
2ヵ所ほど窓口があったと思いますが、空いた窓口に呼ばれるので選ぶことは出来ません。
とても無愛想な女性職員に呼ばれました。
代理人として行きましたので、免許証等の身分証明の提示が必要なのですが提示を忘れていたら
「身分証明、ありますぅ？」
とムスッとした声色&表情で言ってくる。
さっさと出せよ、そんなの言われなくてもわかるだろ、忙しいんだよこっちは、と言わんばかりの態度。
毎日、話の通じにくいお年寄りや外人さんを相手にしていてイライラしてるとは思いますがそういう態度を全面に出して勤務するのはやめてください。
こちらもイラッとしたのでそれなりの態度をとらせて頂きました。

マイナンバーカードを取得しましたので
今後はコンビニで証明書を取得しようと思います。

他の方々がいろいろ書かれているように職員の対応が上から目線で最悪です。

前に戸籍謄本とりに行った時に受付の女の職員の態度と言い方にムカつき一瞬こっちもキレそうだった。
ちょっと住所間違えただけなのに、その女、「ちがいます、さっき言いましたよね」などと偉そうな言い方。
所詮、人の税金で食っているクセに偉そうに。
やっぱヤル気の無い公務員は総じてダメだな。一回職員を再教育した方が良い。
民間企業を見習え。

本当は星ゼロにしたいが１つでもあげないと投稿出来ないので仕方ないから星１にした。

最悪の一言です
平日の受付時間外でナンバープレートの取得予約をしようとしましたがここでは受け付けていません
どうしても無理な人はいるのにそれを救済するシステムが無いということです
最低でも土日の昼や月１など限定的な条件下で救済を行おうとすらしていません
税金を使っているのにこの有様です
市民への気配りや配慮が無くこれでは税金を無駄に使われている気分になります

マイナポイントの登録で伺いました。ここの市役所でマイナポイント用のパソコンがおいてあります、よくわからなかったので市民課の方に聞きました、若い女性がにこにこしながら全部やってくれました。役所でこんな事初めてです、いい子が入社してくれました。

今日はとなりにある福祉関係の役所(おぼと)にコロナ予防接種４回目を受けに来ました!
いつもは、浜名病院で(ファイザー)受けるのですが3時から5時までの電話受け付けが何回やってもつがらないのでネットで受け付けました！
そしたら、おぼとでモデルナでしたョ～o(^-^)oどちらでも良いのですが、少し遠いのでタクシーで行きましたョ～。帰りはおぼとに公衆電話が見当たらないので役所の玄関先横の公衆電話
でタクシーを呼びました、が
おぼとの前でないとタクシー券が使えないと,言われましたョ～
タクシー券の使い方の処に書いとけば良いのに(何を考えてこう言う用紙を作っているのかネー!)
と言う事です、タクシーでコロナ予防接種に行く人は気を付けましよう。おわり
