昨年引っ越してきて、信頼できる整備工場を探していましたが、見つかりました。

従業員の方々は全員親切で、丁寧に説明してくださり、部品交換なども今やるべきことを優先順位つけて教えてくれます。

年末のディーラー定期点検でラジエーターからクーラント漏れが発覚。
修理は年明け中旬にしか出来ないとのこと。
しかも、これ以上乗らないで、出来ればこのまま置いて帰って下さいと。
年末年始には車が必要。
困って初めて家の近所の保谷自動車さんに連絡。
17年前の車なので純正にこだわらずネットで安価な社外品のラジエーターを購入して、持ち込みで年内に修理対応頂けるか相談したところ、快く引き受けていただきました。
交換に合わせて劣化が心配なホースは保谷自動車さんで翌日には取り寄せていただきました。
届いたラジエーターを朝持ち込みその日のうちに交換完了。
年末の急な連絡にも関わらず、本当に助かりました。
純正ではないですが、持ち込みのラジエーター代を含めてもディーラー見積りの1/3の費用で済みました。
地域に寄り添う信頼出来るショップです。
これからもこちらでお世話になろうと思います。

2025/12/04追記
今は自分と家族の車の車検、12ヶ月点検やパンクや何か気になる不備が起きた時のチェックや修理をお願いしています。
個人店さんで大手さんのような新しいサービスがあるわけではないですが
オーナーさん、スタッフさん丁寧な方々で安心できます。
車検や修理の予約の融通が利きやすいこと
とても助かります。
また今後ともよろしくお願いします。

以前お世話になっていた自動車整備社さんが店じまいをされた際に、こちら保谷さんを紹介して頂き、家族ともにお世話になりました。キーレスの電池交換やバッテリー上がりや交換の見積もりや仕上げも早く、大手さんでは投げられてそのままになっていた装飾品の取り付け手直しなども丁寧にやって頂き、車の状態や見積もりも相談しながらやっていただけるので助かります。ありがとうございました。次の車検はこちらにお願いしようと思います。
初めて行く方は住宅街にあり、少し入口がわかりにくい所なので、事前に電話してナビ確認して行くとスムーズだと思います。
