私は1年間、LITALICOワークスに通所しました。当初の目的は「働けることを証明したい」という気持ちからでしたが、通所を始めてからは自分の病気や障害について改めて見つめ直し、安心して長く働ける職場を探したいという気持ちに変わりました。事務所の雰囲気は明るく、自分の居場所がもうひとつできたようでした。スタッフの方も親しみがあり、自己分析や就職活動に対する不安など多くのことを相談し解決してもらえました。
LITALICOワークスで特に頑張ったことは3つあります。1つ目は、無理のない範囲で無遅刻・無欠席を心がけたことです。私の病気では生活リズムが崩れやすいのですが、通所することでそのリズムを維持することができました。6ヶ月目からはスタッフの方の勧めもあり、できる限り通所日を増やすようにしました。
2つ目は、面接練習です。毎週欠かさず模擬面接プログラムに参加しました。当初は面接に対して苦手意識がありましたが、用意されている面接問答集がある程度埋まれば参加するように心がけました。スタッフの方に回答の添削や面接時のマナーのチェックを行ってもらったことで面接への苦手意識を減らすことができました。
3つ目は、グループワークへの積極的な参加です。プログラムだけでなく、業務依頼や模擬会社プログラム、季節ごとのイベントなど、さまざまなグループワークに参加しました。楽しいと感じることもありましたし、コミュニケーション能力の向上や、自分の強み・弱みを発見する良い機会にもなりました。また、グループやセンターの活動に貢献できているという実感も得られました。
これら3つの経験を通じて、企業実習や本番の選考でも成果を出せたと思います。企業実習では事務作業やビジネスマナーだけでなく、コミュニケーション能力についても高い評価をいただき、120点満点の評価をいただきました。また、第一志望の選考時にインターン実習でグループワークを行った際も、通所時に培ったスキルを活かしてうまく対応できました。
LITALICOワークスでの活動を振り返ると、「自己理解の深化」、「自信の向上」、そして「苦手なことからの成長」が大きな成果だったと感じます。これもスタッフの方やメンバーの皆さんのおかげです。就職後も、ここで学んだことを基盤にして、これからも努力を続けたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

月2回の通所､後は自宅で在宅訓練だけでしたがプログラム内容がおもしろくて就職に繋がる事を受けられて良かったです。迷ってたらお勧めします。

就労移行支援事業所Litalicoワークスに行くために1人で行けるか試した。
行き方よくわからず夕方になっていたので途中で断念して帰ってきました。
また改めてバス乗って行きたいと思います！
