외국인 대상으로 파는 JR PASS수령처
미리 사전에 예약해간 Dohoku South Hokkaido pass를 수령하러 갔습니다. 미리 사전조사 한대로 심사를 마치고 나와 국내선방향으로 쭈욱 넘어와서 스토어들을 지나다보면 광장같은 게 나오는 데 거기서 있는 에스컬레이터나 엘리베이터를 타서 지하 1층으로 찾아가면 됩니다.
도착해서 번호표 뽑고 직원분의 응대에 따라 수령을 완료하였고 당일 하코다테까지 가는 hokuto선 결제까지 할 수 있었습니다.

All the staff at the JR information counter are rude and not welcoming. And I can understand why Japan has not progressed for the past 10, 20 years. It is because their system that is so rigid and I don’t feel pity to them for their recent currency plunge, it is a result of their system.
Visit Japan while you still can, this country is going to fall very soon

For those arriving in International Terminal, head east 300m after customs (use the travellators), until you reach the Domestic Terminal (after the shopping stretch), where you will see a passenger lift in middle of the open plaza space. Take to B1F, the JR office to exchange JR Rail Pass is next to station gantries.

Look for sign saying JR Pass exchange, take a queue # from the machine, and wait to be called. The staff helping me had no trouble with English at all, and was very helpful on instructions for ticket reservation, as well as sharing train timings on printouts. If you are hesitant about using JR ticket machine to reserve other tickets, the counter will be ready to assist instead.

FYI, only the JR Pass ticket needs to be used when passing through the gantry later (e.g. even if you have reserved a seat going to Sapporo).

Very pleasant experience here.

若從國際線機場抵達，要走一段路到「國內線」沿路已有許多商店。到了「國內線」到 B1F，就可以找到 JR 新千歲機場服務中心了。
