<段取り・基本の回しが全然ダメ>
そもそも飲食店やる資格がありません。
中の雰囲気はまずまずいいが、店員の雰囲気はよろしくありません。少し混むと対応が雑。気が利く人が約一名で、他は自分の手元だけで、全然気が利かない。
入っていっても、何の対応もなく、立たされたまま。通りかかった女性に適当に座ればよいの？と聞くと、不機嫌感丸出しで、だったらカウンターにどうぞ、とのこと。テーブルは？と聞くと、あんたらは予約じゃないから、とふて腐って言う。
カウンターについて、待てど暮らせど注文は取りに来ない。見てると、段取りが悪く、洗い物が大きな山になってて、回ってないよ。手が空いてるコもいるのに、何にも動けてない。周り見て、ちゃんとテキパキ動こうよ。
けっこう経ってから注文聞きにきたけど、メニューが来てないから頼めないし、見てたら他の席に注文間違えて持ってってるし、あたふたしてたらそのお客さんに、そのままでいいよって、言われてるし。。そんで反省の色はゼロ。なんだか。。今日び、これだけ気が利かない人が集団でやってるとこも珍しくないか？
一度、定食屋か街の中華で修行しないとダメ。激混み時間でしっかり鍛えないと。

<衛生面に疑問>
ガスレンジの横に調理台があり、そのすぐ横にシンクで洗い物。皿数多めのメニューて段取り悪いので、調理台がすぐいっぱいになる。すぐ隣には洗い物の山で、その洗い物の飛沫がおかずを盛った皿に飛んでくると思うんだけど、お構いなし。大丈夫かね？台所レイアウトは仕方ないかもだけど、なんだか見てて、イヤな気分になるね。

<回ってない指示>
情報のやり取り、受け渡しが上手くできないなら、伝票やらの道具をしっかり使わないと。
あと何人分作れるとか、口頭と記憶だけでやってちゃ無駄なやり取りが増えるだけ。どのお客さんにどこまでやれてるか、ホールも把握できてない。
それをカウンターで見苦しいほど見せられ、聞かされるんだけど、何とかならないのかな。
ホールはホールに専念しなよ。
メインを焼いたり揚げたりするだけで、後は乗っけるだけの簡単メニューなんだから、もうちょっとテンポ良くしないと。。

料理の味云々まで行きつかない、ダメ集団でした。

小鉢が多く色んな料理を味わえて、全て美味しく雰囲気もよいお店でした。チキン南蛮目当てでお昼頃お伺いしましたが、人気のようで既に無くなっていました…残念。またリベンジします。

土曜日に予約をして伺いました。
入り口には予約でいっぱいなので13:00頃なら空くような案内ありました。
テーブル席と畳の席があり個室は大人1人220円で利用可能。（子連れだったので予約の時に案内してもらえました。）
メニューは沢山あり迷います。写真がなかったので事前にSNSで調べてみると良いかもです。
子供は事前におにぎりプレートを頼んでいたのでついたらすぐ提供してもらえました。
駐車場はお店の前に数台と少し離れたところに沢山とめられます。

ランチにお邪魔しました。ランチはいつも混んでいますが、時間をずらしたら入れました。ランチのおかずは好みのもの、そうではないものありますが、総じて美味しくてボリュームもあります。席は土間の椅子席以外は和室の座敷になっていました。

何度も通いたくなる素晴らしいお店ですが混み合いますので事前に予約をオススメします。

平日でしたが1週間前に予約をして行きました。リノベーションした古民家も庭も手が行き届いてとても綺麗でした。
ランチは2種類あるメインからどちらか選ぶものとビーフシチューのランチがありました。今回は煮込みハンバーグがメインのランチを選びました。小鉢がたくさんありいろいろおかずを楽しめました。ランチのボリュームは少し控えめでしたが、デザートも含めるとちょうどいい感じでした。駐車場は店舗前に5台ほどあり。ゆっくりとして素敵な時間を過ごすことができるいいお店でした。

古民家なので石油ストーブだけでは寒かったです。お料理も丁寧ですが、それなりのお値段
近くにあったらわざわざ行かないかもしれません。

雰囲気はとても素敵な雰囲気でした、予約していなかった為相席になりました、奥は予約の方で混んでいたらしく、お料理でるまでに時間がかかりますとのことで、でもやっと来れたとワクワク待ちました。ですがお料理待ってる間隣の方たちの方を見るとおしぼりがタオルの受け皿付きでしっかりしたやつで、私達は使い捨てビニールに入ったウエットティッシュ生地のおしぼりに、疑問だらけで、予約してないと使い捨てのおしぼりの対応ということなのか？正直ショックでした💦　お料理は美味しかったですが、量や内容から言ったら多分金額がお高めという印象でした。
雰囲気を重視する方にはいいかもしれないですね、
おしぼりだけは、なぜだったのだろう？とずっと主人と気持ちよくない形で帰りました。
